Our Roadmap

This is our 5-Year Roadmap, a strategic blueprint for fostering individual empowerment and revitalizing neighborhoods

through sustainable urban agriculture. This plan highlights our commitment to stimulating local economic growth by developing the workforce

through our unique training programs and development of vacant lots into commercial greenhouses.

We invite you to join us on this journey towards a more inclusive future.

2024-2025

Fine-tune growing and develop local partnerships.

As our growing system becomes fully operational,

we can begin to partner with local organizations.

2025-2027

We're outside with it.

With the strength of our partnerships and experience growing crops,

we can take ownership of a vacant lot

in order to build and staff our first greenhouse.

Our crop harvests will be consistent and revenue can be generated

by selling at local farmer's markets,

direct to consumers, and to restaurants.

Achieve USDA GAP certification.

Achieve USDA Organic certification.

Raise $500,000+ annually

2027-2028+

Growth and expansion.

As our organization begins to expand and grow multiple crops

at commercial volume, we can enter into purchasing agreements

with local grocery stores.

We can also pursue the manufacture of Value-Added products:

  • Chopped Veggies
  • Cold-Pressed Juices
  • Smoothies

We plan to partner with local architects, engineers,

and the City of Chicago's Department of Buildings

to develop multi-story greenhouses.

Pursue opportunities for expansion nationally.

Develop business model for franchising greenhouse operations.

Raise $1,000,000+ annually
